Newly recruited officers of Sri Lanka Principal Service for employee training …

In order to maintain the quality of school system on instructions of Education Minister Mr. Akila Viraj Kariyawasam Attorney at law recently steps were taken to enlisted 1858 new principals to get the contribution of qualified principals with distinctive leadership and management skills to Grade III of Sri Lanka Principal Service, arrangements have been made to send those principals for employee training commencing from 02nd October. 

This employee training from 02-10-2019 to 13-11-2019 is consist with four stages, accordingly under the first stage the registration of officers of Sri Lanka Principal Service for training will be held that day under the patronage of Secretary of Education Mr. M. N. Ranasingha at National College of Education Maharagama and Maharagama Central College. These principals will be sent for one day training at Zonal Education Office, under second stage with the co-ordination of provincial representatives will be attached to schools and given two weeks training, under third stage two weeks residential training will be given at provincial training centers, and under forth stage these principals will be referred to nonresidential training for seven working days.

With these 1858 officers of Sri Lanka Principal Service newly joining the school system having completed employee training the amount of officers of Sri Lanka Principal Service enlisted to school system recently from 2015 will rise up to 5759.
